AM - Content Management/Developer - BPO

AM Content Management / Developer for an MNC BPO in Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with technical and business teams, Public Relations and Legal to define company policy related to customer issues

- Creating and maintaining the Help pages that empower our customers to answer their own questions about our services

- Writing and maintaining blurbs, the succinct e-mail templates Customer Service associates modify to address specific customer contacts

- Creating and maintaining internal reference pages which detail specific process and policy information for Customer Service associates

- Writing and publishing news articles to notify Customer Service associates of policy updates, company news and best practices

- Leading continuous improvement projects related to content accessibility, usability, completeness and branding

- Use superior communication and leadership skills to evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of the Company.

- Liaise with partner teams to gather and document project requirements

- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for each new launch to track milestones, deliverables and deadlines

- Take full responsibility for the progress and launch of multiple projects, from design phase to implementation

- Use sound business judgment to make quick decisions under pressure in ambiguous circumstances.

S/he will have demonstrated project management experience and the organizational discipline to track and manage editorial work for several complex projects simultaneously. The candidate will also have demonstrated the ability to make quick decisions under pressure in ambiguous circumstances and have a record of extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through.

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of Content Management & working with an MNC in driving Content for Communications (Internal / External Communications), Policy Updates, Events, etc.

- 5+ years of related professional experience in content development

- Exceptional writing skills and significant experience creating and editing content

- Demonstrated leadership role on a content development team

- Significant project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with DITA and Component Content Management Systems

- Intermediate HTML and/or XML skills

- Experience with localization or translation management processes and tools.
