Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience
Job responsibility :
1. Contact center forecasting
2. Supporting business with key insights related to Contact center operations
3. Develop new strategies in supporting contact center operations
4. Developing possible new contact center forecasting models
Technical skills : SAS, Excel, powerpoint, SQL eWFM, SQL, VBA and advanced Excel,UNITY, Hyperion, Genesys.
Anaylitical skills :
Deep understanding of call center domain business & forecasting with associated statistical techniques used,like time series modelling, ARIMA etc
