Asst. Manager Sales (Commercial)
Company is looking for professionals specifically from REAL ESTATE / CONSTRUCTION Industry only. And who are well versed with Mumbai Market.
1. To identify suitable customers & understand their requirements.
2. To Follow up / revert with feedback - to the customers.
3. To maintain relationships with customers.
4. To undertake Site Visits as and when required.
5. To identify business opportunities & customer needs.
6. To attend to phone enquires responding to advertisements.
7. To identify possible solutions for clients and customers.
8. To coordinate with the sales manager with regards to the availability status, customer feedback etc.
9. To assist for all events, road shows etc, during launch of new project.
10. To follow up with clients regarding documentation.
11. To ensure effective and comprehensive documentation process in coordination with Legal Department & Customer.
12. To keep an update on all sectors in Mumbai for Sale and L-n-L & to keep abreast on current market trend / basis of calculation etc, on fortnightly basis.
13. To Keep track of recoveries / installments and follow up with the customers for payments as per mutually agreed payment schedule.
14. To track sales activity and generate complied reports for submission with the management.
15. To keep abreast with rental market rate as per location and achieve maximum / optimum capitalized values.
16. To maintain MOMs and update tracker from time to time.
17. To inform the customers about the projects and technical specifications
18. To handle Corporate Clientele and IPCs.
19. To coordinate with the Property Management department on completion of commercial projects.To be responsible for account management after sales.
20. To maintain Sales Folders & Data
21. To source and secure data for Projects
22. To carry out market survey / benchmarking, etc
23. To support sales for preparing documents, IM’s, Proposals, emails, MIS, SAP, Etc.
24. To attend to sales calls at the times of events
25. To undertake inspections of site visits with Clients & Brokers
26. To maintain a rapport with Brokers / IPC’s / Clients
27. To carry out any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
28. To collate data required to prepare MIS report on monthly basis
