Responsibility : The role requires close coordination among four branches & ensure that all the deliverable are met in time efficiently.
JOB Description
- To conduct various audit in branches, surprise checks etc. to ensure implementation of system & procedures & best practices, some of the control would include:
- Surprise Branch/Depot visit.
- Segregation of audit report into H/M/L risk perspective.
- Highlighting any reparative points in audit report.
- Physical verification of stock
- Comment on record management etc.
- To prepare & consolidate various MIS for timely decision making at head office, some of reports would include:
- Branch performance scorecard.
- Damage report
- Trade Spend.
- Credit control
- To ensure strict control over all the credit management including (TT & MT both).
- To ensure legal & statutory compliance at branches.
