- Leading projects perform vigorous UATs & provide mappings for transformation of tactical to strategic phase. Below are the few projects undertaken pertaining to varied aspects:-

- Reporting- Provided clearing house & internal system mapping to IT for strategic margin report

- Reconciliation - Provided mapping to IT to reconcile client portfolios between internal system & clearing house report

- Settlements - Tested internal system to ensure settlement to client & clearing house

- Billing - Liaised with IT to set up client & clearing house billing terms to generate automated billing report

- Streamlining new business with continuous interaction & consent of region

- Understanding the business logically, identify risks (working on RCSA) & propose suggestions to mitigate / minimize the same

- Liaise with internal teams & externally with different exchanges for any ongoing project or issues or aspects

- Knowledge of different clearing house reports

- Ensure Client satisfaction considering its requirements & put on going endeavors to offer the best of client services at all times

- Train new team joiners

- Offer solutions to team mates on any issues encountered & effectively resolving the same

- Shift timing will be EMEA
