Job Title: Assistant Manager – CRM

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager - CRM you would be responsible for -

- Day to Day client engagement activities

- Monitoring competitor moves

- Understanding and implementing industry best practises

- Pre-empting future issues by analyzing client feedbacks and complaints

- Generating Sales from existing clients

- Client profiling

- Campaign Management

- Performing Root Cause analysis on client issues and suggesting

- Presenting customer satisfaction score or Voice of the Customer to the operation team

Educational Qualification

Minimum Graduate (In any field)

Minimum: 2 years of experience handling Clients individually

Must Haves

- Strong communication skills – should have experience in handling client escalations and client complaints.

- Experience of handling FMS (Feedback Management system)

- Experience in developing and running client engagement activities

- Demonstrated Problem-Solving experience

- Experience in developing and managing client campaigns

- Strong Eye to detail and should be able to analyse/transform raw data into meaningful results

- Good time management and scheduling skills

- Ability to be proactive and not re-active

- Good Presentation skills

Good to have

- Prior CRM experience in the B2C online business segment

- Good MS-office Skills

- Familiarity/experience of using problem solving tools like fish bone analysis, PERT etc…
