KRAs:
- Role Buying, merchandising and sourcing Footwear, Constructs and coordinate a buying & merchandising strategy to improve the brand equity by offering balanced category management through retail channels.
- Developed plans that support the merchandising, marketing and financial objectives of category
- Analyze historical data, productivity and industry trends to identify risks & opportunities for future retail projects and subsequently develop a comprehensive strategy that aligns financial and growth opportunities in India.
- Indepth analysis of channel offerings through more than 140 stores, merchandising allocation, pricing strategies, range development with relevant bench-marking in current industry situation and analyzing competitors etc.
- Handling Footwear buying/merchandising/sourcing
- Product development, costing Cost negotiation and production followups with vendors
- Pricing of the articles based on the concept, market competitiveness and the margins given by concept head
- OTB Calculation
- Discount planning to improve sales and liquidation of older and nonperforming stocks.
- To propose New Concepts in the respective categories
