Overall Job Purpose

- Assist the manager in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to financial analysis, financial planning and financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Main Accountabilities

Service Delivery

- Ensure adherence to SLAs.

- Perform financial data modelling and consolidation and analysis of financial statements for the process/site.

- Assist the manager/senior manager by executing basic financial analysis, impairment analysis, preparing financial reports, financial planning and budget tracking.

- Understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions.

- Manage and monitor quality for the business area.

- Monitor and review the SLAs and provide daily / weekly reports to the customer on SLAs and metrics.

- Drive customer interactions and resolve customer issues.

Relationship Management

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across businesses served.

- Controls and Compliance

- Ensure adherence to and compliance with governance, risk policies, procedures and compliance policies
