- We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager level candidate at Hyderabad with the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree with excellent analytical, problem solving skills.
- Five to seven years of experience in management consulting in a professional services /banking/shared services organization
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage a project work thread independently andinteract with PPDs on a regular basis
- Excellent client presence, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and, at times, ambiguous entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong ability to drive projects to completion with limited guidance and direction
- Plays a critical role in the development of new processes and improvement of existing processes
Exp into end-to-end projects in the diverse areas of process improvement, organizational assessment, offshoring
