AM - BD - Content Design & Production
Proposal Creation : Develop written responses to client/prospect RFP, RFQ, and RFIs collaborating with internal SMEs and go-to-market partners.
This includes :
- Design and develop proposals for Capita. This includes collaborating with sales executives to identify win themes and with SMEs across various departments to ensure our proposal is comprehensive, accurate and reflects the Capita proposed solution.
- Ensure compliance to RFP/RFI requirements and Capita- quality, look and feel, graphics, and style standards to deliver final proposal documents of best-in-industry quality.
- Copy edit, proof read, and rewrite final output for quality of grammar, context, organization, consistency of message, and presentation.
- Work end-to-end from assignment of each project to attending bidders- meetings (e.g., to obtain clarifications) to production of the final requirements (e.g. proposal cover letters, executive summaries, graphics, final proposal documents in soft/hard copies, and delivery to clients).
Sales Support :
- Given the nature of our industry and our clients- businesses, Capita- go-to-market and bid pursuit activities engage with them sometimes from very early in the - sales cycle- to deal closure. Each new business opportunity is a complex B2B sale. In this context, this role includes:
- Write, edit, and produce market-facing collateral (e.g., case studies, white papers, and brochures, PowerPoint presentations, speaking notes and other materials for sales executives at client presentations/conferences, industry award submissions, and direct mail campaigns for lead generation).
- Support our Knowledge Center to create high quality reusable sales and marketing assets- to drive content collection and creation and reusability. You could be researching, managing and maintaining such repositories by applying corporate/client data, success stories, and Capita capabilities for use in our proposals and by Knowledge Center users.
Academic :
- MBA or strong degree in communication/ English with good postgraduate degree
Experience :
- 2-3 years of experience if proposal writing, RFI / RFP responses, content design and sales collateral creation with a BPO organisation
Education : MBA or strong degree in communication/English with good postgraduate degree.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English, both written, as well as spoken.
- Proposal writing experience of 2-3 years and similar presales experience in the BPO industry
- Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and keyboard skills. Intermediate skills in Excel and, Visio
- Willing to work flexible hours to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Experience of working well with and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
