AM/AVP - Financial Reporting - CA - Investment Bank

Skills required:

- CA (Mandatory)

- Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS

- Team management skills

KRAs:

- Lead a team and responsible for key broker / dealer entity controllership.

- Hands on in financial reporting and consolidation process.

- Understanding the Business Structure of the Legal Entities.

- Responsible for monthly and year-end US GAAP Financial Statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, schedules & disclosures as per the Regulatory compliance.

- Ensuring Financial statements are accurate, prepared in a timely manner, and are in accordance with accounting norms.

- Accountable for team compliance with the financial control framework

- Responsible for addressing control weaknesses to reduce the potential for operational incidents.

- Training of the team members.
