- To work under the guidance and supervision of Manager Administration and facilities, and be responsible for the entire centralized administration function at the corporate office, Bangalore & as well as regional and zonal offices.
General Administration
- Part of core HO team for framing SOPs & laying down administration policies.
- Maintaining day-to-day office administration activities including but not limited to
- To purchase manage inventory and ensures the availability of stocks of office supplies, provisions, consumables and other assigned items, by obtaining re-quirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. Devel-oping suitable vendors for such items.
- SPOC and manage employee services related to Company car, Relocation & Insurance.
- Ensure communication with Inter office, customer and other external agencies.
- To identify new vendors for various services/AMCs; obtain quotations of service; review vendor performance from time to time; Renew / stop AMC; audit invoices; initiate process for payment approvals. Vendors could include but not limited to Suppliers/Couriers/Security Agency/House keeping Agency/Repair & Maintenance/Pest Control/Caterer.
- Oversee Corporate & GIT office Cab support Oversee. Ensure proper services are provided, safety norms as laid out by the law is adhered. Co-ordination with Transport vendors for on time login and logouts & safety of Employees (Female employees in particular).
- Generation of Daily/ Weekly & Monthly reports & Dashboard to report the Admin & Facilities dept performance against agreed metrics.
Travel Desk
- To liaise & monitor Travel Desk to ensure smooth working and customer service.
- Overseeing the complete travel management services through Travel Desk Implant.
- Ensure effective travel arrangements/hotel accommodations through Travel Desk.
- Event management whenever required for company meetings and travel.
- First point of escalation for matters related to Travel Desk.
- Verifies and process Billing and payment related to Travel Desk.
