One of our client is looking for Asst. Manager Accounts& Finance.

Qualification: MBA or CA(Inter)

Job description:

1) Vat Audits & Returns:

a) Preparing & Filing of VAT Returns for Various states on timely basis.

b) Managing VAT Audits & finalising of various states.

c) Gathering WCT Certificates from third parties.

d) Branch Transfer Register for all outlets on Monthly Basis & Circulate the same.

e) Entries in SAP according to returns (All States).

f) To attend the assessments as and when required

2) Service Tax Audits & Returns:

a) Preparation of the Service Tax Workings on monthly bases,

b) Filing of Quarterly returns.

c) Entries in SAP for the Service tax working & Clearing of the same- Monthly

d) To attend the assessments as and when required

3) Income Tax Audit & Returns:

a. Coordinating with Tax Auditors & Finalising the tax audit.

b. Gathering of TDS Certificates from the third parties.

c. Filing the Returns

g) To attend the assessments as and when required

h) Passing necessary Entries in SAP

4) TDS Returns & Entries in SAP

5) Assistance in Annual statutory Audits

6) XBRL Return & Preparations

7) MIS & Accounts

a) Assistance for Monthly MIS.

b) Quarterly reporting to Group Accounts.
