Altumind - Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy: Align the Web & CMS practice with Altumind's broader business objectives, ensuring its relevance and growth potential in a dynamic digital landscape.

- Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

- Set ambitious goals: Establish clear objectives and KPIs for the practice, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term sustainable growth.

- Champion thought leadership: Position Altumind as an industry leader by publishing thought-provoking content, speaking at conferences, and participating in relevant forums.

- Lead with expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Web & CMS team, leveraging your deep knowledge of web technologies, content management systems (e. , WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager), cloud infrastructure, web analytics, SEO, and related tools.

- Oversee the full project lifecycle: Manage all phases of web and CMS projects, from conception and design to development, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and support.

- Optimize web operations: Ensure client websites are secure, high-performing, accessible, and up-to-date through continuous monitoring, optimization, proactive support, and troubleshooting.

- Drive content excellence: Develop and implement content strategies that align with client goals, improve user engagement, and drive organic search traffic.

- Manage multilingual websites: Oversee the management of multilingual websites, ensuring effective translation workflows, content localization, and culturally relevant user experiences.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in the web and CMS industry, with demonstrated leadership success in technical, operational, and business development roles.

- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), content management systems (e. , WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager), cloud infrastructure, web analytics, SEO, accessibility standards, and related tools.

- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.

- Leadership & Communication: Outstanding leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Client Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and exceeding expectations.

- Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in a relevant field (computer science, IT, marketing, etc. ); advanced degree is a plus
