Key Responsibilities:
- Planning paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to drive monthly KPI goals.
- Provide insights regularly from current and historical data and trends to improve channel performance.
- Recommend and execute experiments to improve learning across marketing, creative and communication.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborating with multiple agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve success.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Data driven - must be able to use excel and other data visualization tools.
- Must be hands-on with Meta Business Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel to set up CAPI and conversion tracking codes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
