- Be part of a high-growth digital and customer experience consulting firm that has grown by over 50% in last 2 years and is forecasting growth of 50% year on year in the next 2 years.

- This role oversees a team to sell CX solutions around CX, Data & Engineering, Commerce and Digital Marketing. Your team of sales and SDRs will drive growth by acquiring and managing customers. We're looking for an exceptional talent to drive business and revenue growth, taking our fast-growing martech organization to new heights.

- This role involves P&L responsibility for the sales operation, with the autonomy to drive sales strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and develop key capabilities. Our primary focus is to revolutionize Customer Experience, crafting next-gen, future-ready solutions.

- We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record of rapidly building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and deep expertise in digital marketing. As a digital evangelist, you should embrace innovation and take calculated risks. A high level of commitment to driving results and achieving outcomes is essential.

Core responsibilities:

- Work directly with CXO's & client stakeholders to define their digital experience and engagements by providing world class SaaS products and services for their digital marketing eco-system.

- Partner with CEO & Executive leadership, to develop the strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.

- Define and manage revenue goals.

- Develop strong relationships with client service professionals (CMO/CDO/CIO) and others to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements, and drive account growth

- Plan and oversee a strategic sales strategy to identify industries and verticals to target based on our sweet spot, create a point of view and lead a sales team to win new work.

- Be willing to reach out to their network and close deals themselves.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and build exceptional stickiness resulting in high customer retention and customer delight.

- Monitor the competitive marketplace and constantly analyze new opportunities for revenue growth.

- Providing thought leadership to help guide prospects and current clients for new business efforts and nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients.

- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and refine sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:


- 15+ years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and revenue management leadership role.

- Must have done $5 mn+ plus of sales quota

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and technology solutions.

- Must have deep experience in selling 2 of the following areas - Data analytics & engineering, DXP, Ecommerce, and Cloud engineering.

- Proven track record in selling solutions and services is essential.

- Demonstrated proficiency in selling to marketers and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

- Demonstrated success in closing deals with both large and small sized organizations

- Experience in building high-performance teams and collaborating effectively with partners and distributors.

- Entrepreneurial 'hunter' mentality

- Must have experience in selling to CMO & CIO's.

- Results-driven sales leader with extensive experience in solution selling, business development, contract negotiation and key account management in digital.

- Should be experienced in hunting and farming with solid network of professional and industry contacts
