Vice President- Sales

- This role oversees a team to sell CX solutions around CX, Data & Engineering, Commerce and Digital Marketing. Your team of sales and SDRs will drive growth by acquiring and managing customers. - This role involves P&L responsibility for the sales operation, with the autonomy to drive sales strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and develop key capabilities. Our primary focus is to revolutionize Customer Experience, crafting next-gen, future-ready solutions.

Core responsibilities:
- Work directly with CXO's & client stakeholders to define their digital experience and engagements by providing world class SaaS products and services for their digital marketing eco-system.
- Partner with CEO & Executive leadership, to develop the strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Define and manage revenue goals.
- Develop strong relationships with client service professionals (CMO/CDO/CIO) and others to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements, and drive account growth
- Plan and oversee a strategic sales strategy to identify industries and verticals to target based on our sweet spot, create a point of view and lead a sales team to win new work.
- Be willing to reach out to their network and close deals themselves.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and build exceptional stickiness resulting in high customer retention and customer delight.
- Monitor the competitive marketplace and constantly analyze new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Providing thought leadership to help guide prospects and current clients for new business efforts and nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and refine sales strategies accordingly.
