To guide Altudo towards future success, we are actively seeking an AVP Director of Marketing who will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the strategic direction of our marketing function and associated programs. This encompasses positioning, messaging, analyst relationships, digital marketing, customer acquisition and retention, content development, social media, SEO, and all aspects of customer and partner marketing.

This individual will bear the responsibility for driving company goals centered on revenue expansion and acquiring new customers. The effectiveness of this position relies heavily on forging strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating across departments to elevate sales, nurture customer relationships, and fortify customer loyalty.

The AVP-Director of Marketing will need to skillfully blend project management expertise, effective communication, analytical thinking, brand expansion, and creative problem-solving. Furthermore, they should possess the ability to introduce innovative and impactful marketing programs while influencing and aligning diverse teams.

This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity, granting you substantial autonomy to lead the Marketing function and drive business operations within the overarching vision of our organization.

Requirements :

- Develop revenue-boosting marketing strategies and campaigns, optimizing website traffic and sales growth.

- Define KPIs and provide marketing reports aligned with annual revenue goals.

- Lead campaigns for 1500+ MQLs annually.

- Manage all digital demand generation channels, from email to ABM.

- Select platforms and ensure 10% MQL to SAL conversion.

- Optimize content and messaging for maximum campaign effectiveness.

- Set content standards and systems, implementing real-time content strategies.

- Execute digital tactics to increase web traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

- Stay updated on CRM/MA trends and competitor insights.

- Enhance social media presence and identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with solution and sales teams to seize market opportunities.

- Lead, manage, and inspire direct reports for improved productivity and results.

- Create and manage budgets, including headcount requirements, in collaboration with finance.

- Expand customer and prospect databases through third-party channels and data.

Job Requirements :

- 12+ years as a global marketing executive, specializing in digital marketing, customer acquisition, promotions, re-targeting, and analytics.

- A proven 5-year track record in B2B demand generation, demonstrating expertise in driving demand.

- Exceptional content creation skills for target audiences.

- Proficiency in various demand generation channels, including email marketing, social media, paid search, and more.

- An educator's mindset to meet audience information needs.

- Active engagement on social media platforms.

- Must have experience marketing to the US market.

- Experience with sales automation (SFDC) and marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo).

- Familiarity with website analytics tools, like Google Analytics, is a plus.
