Job Description:

- Position will report to the Strategy and M&A leader for Altran India

- Play a key enabling role in various Corporate Strategy initiatives: Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities, grow existing business and other business/strategic initiatives; Execute complex high value strategic projects; Core areas of work: Market research, competitor analysis, trend analysis etc.

- Play a key enabling role in Corporate M&A: Pipeline development: research and evaluation of targets; Transaction support: valuation, due diligence, signing & closing; Integration: plan and implementation

Qualifications:

- Full time MBA from Tier I schools

- 1-4 years (2014,15,16 batches) of post MBA experience in Corporate strategy/M&A in MNCs, Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking roles

Key Skills:

- Sharp business acumen strategic, analytical and lateral thinking

- Proficient in MS Excel and number crunching for financial analysis, business forecasting, valuations

- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and pitch-making; ability to articulate and communicate ideas clearly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (interactions with C-level leaders/senior management)

- Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, rigid timelines and work with a wide range of confidential issues
