Reporting to the Executive with a dotted line to the National Head of Customer, the Senior Consultant / within our Melbourne based office will have the background, expertise and interest in working in the Customer Experience space and linking this expertise with other disciplines such as Brand, Innovation and Shopper. Ideally, the candidate should possess a background in areas including services, telco and financial services or someone who is keen to make a mark in these areas.

In addition, the successful candidate in this role will be expected to lead business development and client conversations across a portfolio of existing and established client relationships as well as new contacts, be a key leader for great work and leading-edge thinking in the Customer Experience space as well as be a key member of our Melbourne based business leadership team.

Key Outcomes:

- Thought leadership and leading key initiatives in the Customer Experience practice in relation to insight and consultancy.

- Managing and growing client relationships across a portfolio of existing and emerging new client accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's business.

- Being key in proposals and pitches for new work, working with key leads across our expert areas to ensure the best thinking is leveraged to respond to clients- business questions

- Going beyond the data to deliver a strong business narrative through workshops and presentations.

- Being the lead or involved in broader office or company initiatives and growth areas.

- Getting under the skin of clients- business issues, diagnose business questions, co-create briefs with clients.

- Acts as an inspiring role model for within the team and office, able to manage and grow a team.

- Key in ensuring the right ingredients are in place to deliver projects to a high standard.

Key Capabilities:

- Experience, specialisation and ability to lead client engagement, thought leadership and work in the Customer Experience space.

- Have at least 1 experience that includes project management, managing people and handling clients.

- Have experience and / or interest in services (any of banking, finance, energy, telco, etc.)

- Can be part of a challenger brand mentality - looking to always change the way we work and have new perspectives that ensure we are always one step ahead.

- Have strong commercial skills, able to network and is always curious to learn and find new things out about the market, clients and the way insights can be delivered and actioned.

- Enjoys being part of a team here in New Delhi, in India and Globally.
