JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build the strategic partner relationship with management and staff; develop a solid understanding of their global business operations, goals, and challenges; anticipate, evaluate and help them address systemic issues.
- Partner with HR Leadership and through client groups, drive the execution of all components of the employee life cycle from goal setting, performance management, merit and bonus planning, promotions and internal movements to exits, with a constant focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership, communication and feedback
- Work with cross functional Centers of Excellence to facilitate end to end HR needs for the business pertaining to Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staffing, Succession Planning, Organization Structure and Skills Assessments
- Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees (including growth and development plans, top talent programs, organizational change, design and employee communications)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; advancing to HR Leadership as needed/required. Your general HR knowledge is critical for success in this role
