Practice Manager
- Possess skills to define integrated operational information to reflect progress in business segments
- Define appropriate controls on the process to ensure that business objectives are met. Define requirements in detail to ensure that the technology solution meets the "improved efficiency" needs.
- Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information and formal / structured presentation skills are a must.
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders and teams to manage business pipeline and measure progress and milestones
- Define process flows and work flows for specific business segments
- Deliver plans and controls in business that reflects integrated thinking. Improve existing business operations planning and reporting
- Develop in-depth information set associated with specific business areas
- Deliver logical and data driven analysis
- Deliver compelling, high impact documentation and business cases to drive stakeholder buy-in for strategy and operations initiatives
- Establish timelines, milestones, and a formal program management process to ensure deliver against business objectives
Qualifications :
- Engineering graduate with good academic record of above 70% from Class X onwards
- MBA in Finance or Systems from a top management school in India
- Preferably 1 year or more work experience in operation strategy or IT
