Responsibilities :

- Manage, mentor and improve competencies of mid-sized team from VMO systems and processes

- Analyze, augment and map desired business processes exclusively for Vendor Relationship Management and drive improvement initiatives

- Quantify business benefits of implementing new initiatives and build compelling business case for budget approvals

- Gather operational metrics to quantify current operational efficiency and define roadmap to improve efficiencies

- Integrate planning and execution along with appropriate financial information to ensure that operational leading indicators can be used to predictably deliver financial performance

- Plan, manage and execute multiple mid-sized to large IT projects for VMO in coordination with Technology team / Business on the role of program manager

- The areas of responsibilities will include functions like Vendor Management, Travel & TravelDesk

- Define appropriate controls on the process to ensure that business objectives are met. Define requirements in detail to ensure that the technology solution meets the "improved efficiency" needs

Educational Qualification :

- Engineering graduate with 10 years experience / MBA from tier 2 business schools with 6 ~ 7 years of experience

Skills :

- Work experience of minimum 4 years in IT with exposure to any one eSourcing tool and ERP

- Expertise working with business processes which includes source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes

- Minimum 4 years experience in IT tools as product manager / implementation consultant

- Understanding of Sourcing / Supply chain concepts

- Experience in automation initiatives for mortgage organizations considered a plus

- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools, including MPP, Word, Visio PowerPoint and MS Access

- Should have experience working in multiple stages of SDLC cycle

- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

- A positive attitude, with the ability to look at the big picture and evaluate needs and priorities appropriately.

- Ability to understand business processes and map processes vis-a-vis systems

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

- Possess skills to define integrated operational information to reflect progress in business segments in relation to Vendor Management operations.

- Must be a team player and manage team effectively by motivating them to get the work done
