Job Description :  Position : Manager Human Resources and Administration (HR & Admin)  Experience : 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a medium/ large organization in the areas of HR management and general administration.  Job description :  - The role will require implementing, managing and coordinating various HR and Admin processes for an Indian subsidiary of a US company having staff strength of 50 people. This is an independent role that would require coordination with 3rd party vendors and interaction with various levels of staff up to top management.  Responsibilities :  HR Responsibilities :  - Setting up and executing HR processes and policies in the company  - Planning and implementing brand building and talent retention strategies to attract and retain top talent  - Handling HR issues and personnel management  - Responsible for employee engagement/ communication  - Leave management, salary administration, HRIS administration and reporting  - Performance Management  - Coordinate with Payroll team for payroll services  - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of new employees  - Manage training and development, employee records, orientation, joining and exit formalities  - Develop an induction programme for new joinees  - Responsible for employee on-boarding process  Admin Responsibilities :  - Roll out different administrative and security policies for the organization  - Responsible for general administration of the Company  - Responsible for vendor management including compliances  - Monitoring and control on expenses  - Procurement of IT and Non IT Equipment  Qualifications and Expected Skill set :  - Post Graduate in any discipline with relevant work experience  - Excellent computer skills to include the following - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint  - Excellent Communication skills  - The candidate must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility as well as the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
