Principle Accountabilities:
- Act as an internal consultant to the HR function - identify process improvement / optimization opportunities
- Work on predictive models and conduct scenario analyses for HR Processes
- Create tools and programs that reduce turnaround time for operations and improve process efficiencies
- Create tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees within
- Work on HR Reporting dashboards - Analyze the efficacy of current dashboards, conceptualize new dashboards, generate monthly dashboard reports
- Lead HR Projects and initiatives in areas like process optimization, compensation, exit analyses, talent development, compliance, change management
- Identify the main reasons of attrition, through analyzing exit interviews and implementing measures along with senior management to increase employee engagement and retention
Required skill sets
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Mathematics or Statistics
- MBA with specialization in HR; Prior consulting experience preferred
- 3 - 4 years of Post MBA Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in MS Office Suite & knowledge of statistical tools
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with candidates and employees at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
