Description: Altisource™ is a high energy, rapidly expanding technology and services provider that is changing the way people conduct business in the real estate, mortgage and financial services segments. This is your opportunity to become a critical member of one of Altisource’s fastest growing divisions: the Consumer Real Estate Portal group.
Reporting to the Director, Consumer eCommerce, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the web analytics function that will deliver actionable insights, analyses and recommendations that shape and inform the day-to-day business and long-term growth of the business, including GoHoming.com, the premier marketplace for buying and selling real estate‐owned and foreclosed properties.
The Consumer Portal leadership team will rely on you to leverage web analytics tools to develop performance dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to monitor the health of the business and pro-actively identify optimization opportunities. You will also lead efforts to maximize the conversion of online consumer traffic through the systematic use of data driven insight to indentify site areas prone to problems. Through the design and execution of user experience, A/B and multivariate tests, you will help identify barriers to conversion and help prioritize information technology and content development based on empirical data on ROI. These insights will be used to make informed, statistically sound, data-driven decisions regarding the optimization of existing consumer-facing products, as well as the development of new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate data from various sources (Google Analytics, Customer Database, SEO Tools, Email automation tool and PPC platforms) for management reporting.
- Create reports, dashboards and perform analysis using Excel and Google Analytics. (Knowledge of XL Miner would be preferred)
- Work closely with Web Analytics manager to define KPIs for measuring website and marketing campaign performance
- Work with product management and dev team to implement accurate digital analytics tracking.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all online and web analytics data via the continual monitoring and assessment of site and program tags
- Collaborate with product and marketing to measure the results of A/B and multivariate tests and experiments
- Stay current on emerging web measurement tools, strategies and trends; continue to educate self analytically, technically and technologically
Key Result Areas:
- Up to date reporting on website and marketing campaign performance.
- Effectively collaborate with marketing on the design, segmentation, measurement and evaluation of digital consumer campaign performance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent hands-on experience with Excel. Knowledge of XL Miner will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Optional but highly desirable: Hands-on experience using Google Analytics, SEO metrics, PPC metrics, Email metrics to design reports and dashboards
- B. Tech degree from a top tier school or degree in analytics or any data related field.
- Advanced degree in marketing / consumer behavior is a plus but not required
- Great communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate data, context, and implications to business stakeholders and senior leaders
- Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills; passion for brainstorming ideas, sketching concepts and connecting pieces to solve real consumer problems
- Ability to internalize customer insights, champion the customer and empathize with the customer’s needs and point of view
