Job Summary :
As Marketing Leader - India/APAC, this senior role will be responsible for spearheading the branding of India / APAC business internally and externally. The candidate will build out a comprehensive marketing strategy and execution plan including positioning, company branding for employees, go-to-market branding across APAC, develop a talent acquisition approach to attract candidates, partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to develop a communication strategy and branding for key programs. The candidate should have have strong communication and influencer skills, be a strategic thinker, develop effective marketing strategies, and create actionable insights to drive key business outcomes.
Role and responsibility include :
- Develop the overall marketing strategy for the Head of Engineering and India Technology Center, coordinate with key India/APAC stakeholders and liaise with the global marketing team on key initiatives.
- Interact with India/APAC business partners to develop holistic content strategy that conveys our brand value proposition and drives engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to execute digital marketing, communications, and branding strategy.
- Utilize MarTech efforts within the digital marketing function including CRM (HubSpot knowledge preferable), email, site optimization tools, content management, and data analytic tools as required.
- Develop multi-media content to drive engagement with employees, prospective employees, and support brand building initiatives.
- Attain a deep knowledge of our company, product lines, and strategy to develop effective marketing solutions.
- Partner with head of digital marketing and corporate communications to develop roadmap and deliverables.
- Track industry best practices, current trends, and competitor approaches to driving employee branded engagement.
- Strategize and execute various talent attraction and hiring initiatives in close partnership with the recruitment, HR and marketing teams.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate degree. 10+ years related experience with preferred post graduation.
