Job Description:

- As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of scheduled customer events, ensuring high-quality execution and attendee satisfaction.

- You will tailor communications to resonate with the unique needs and interests of the target audience, developing strategies to maximize engagement before, during, and after events.

- In addition to live events, you will explore and implement scalable solutions through pre-recorded and on-demand experiences.

- By monitoring real-time audience feedback, you will make immediate adjustments to enhance the event experience and drive value.

- Sharing detailed reports on the impact of customer-facing activities, collaborating with stakeholders to refine strategies, and staying ahead of emerging trends in event delivery are critical aspects of this role.

Required Qualifications & Skills :


- Event Delivery Expertise Proven experience in remote event delivery with a track record of executing engaging and impactful customer events.

- Proficiency in event management tools and software, ensuring smooth event execution and high attendee satisfaction.

- Technical Proficiency Core and Advanced Certifications in Alteryx Designer are mandatory, with a solid understanding of Alteryx's capabilities and applications.

- Strategic Communication Strong communication skills to deliver tailored messaging aligned with the audience's needs and interests.

- Ability to manage pre-event communications, in-event engagement, and post-event follow-ups to maximize impact.

- Analytics & Reporting Experience in analyzing audience feedback and event performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- Expertise in reporting the impact of customer-facing activities to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for optimization.

- Adaptability & Growth Mindset Ability to work efficiently under pressure, adapt to dynamic circumstances, and embrace change as a growth opportunity.

- A mindset that values experimentation, learns from failures, and innovates with agility.

- Preferred Attributes Knowledge of Alteryx Designer and its practical applications in a customer-facing environment.

- A creative approach to designing scalable customer experiences, including pre-recorded and on-demand content.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver exceptional customer experiences
