Alstom - Project Manager

Purpose of the Job

- To lead and manage the Project, at Alstom Transport level, in compliance with the terms of the Contract until final Customer acceptance.

Job Description:-

- Ensure that QCD(Quality,Cost,Delivery) commitments exist for all work packages:

Allocate all contractual obligations to Work Packages.

Confirm that QCD commitments will lead to the successful performance of the contract.

- Manage all work packages convergence as an integrated whole to meet QCD commitments:

Ensure that all work packages are reviewed on a regular basis with the relevant Work Package Owner to identify and resolve issues.

Manage all Project reviews using the Work Package reports as a basis.

Ensure that people from Product Lines and Regions are involved as needed.

- Ensure that people from Product Lines and Region are involved as needed in Alstom steering committee,

- Take overall responsibility for Project Management Processes

Technical Knowledge / Experience:-

Graduate in Civil Engineering with strong experience in railway business,

Experience in Track work engineering, Ballastless slab track construction in Metro projects and Ballasted track in Main Lines.

Good understanding of all project interfaces
