The applicant must be
- MBA with proven experience in client services for minimum 3 to 5 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Must have travelled internationally and dealt with global companies
- Prior exposure in managing international CXO level relationships
- Efficient in computer and office systems, general use software and applications.
- Willing to take ownership, new initiatives and good at multi-tasking.
Once hired, the successful candidate will be:
- Identify new leads from the existing sources such as company's database, publications, events, professional network and client referrals.
- Proactively reach out to clients, set up meetings, visit them frequently and strategically to encourage and increase the requirement inflow.
- Create, maintain, replenish and manage top quality client relationships with existing and new customers. Keep the client connectivity perpetually super active.
- Strengthen relationship ties with customers, decision makers and relevant others.
- Cement the company image and brand among the target audience.
- Always stay in sight, in mind and at arm's reach of clients assigned.
- Provide world class customer service experience to new and existing customers.
- Ensure homogeneous satisfaction across all client relationships.
- Maintain records and reports of efforts invested for performance analysis.
