Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of detailed financial models including cashflow projections, financial statements and IRR calculations

2. Analysis & interpretation of financial statements, business models, determination of company/transaction valuations

3. Evaluate investment opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods

4. Draft and present documents including Investment Memos, Term Sheets, Pitchbooks, Teasers, industry materials etc

5. Provide support for fund raising activities

6. Good understanding of taxation, finance and operational matters

7. Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions

8. Assist in deal structuring and closing principals

9. Obtain periodic credit rating for portfolio assets

10. Preparing internal MIS for all assets on a monthly basis

11. Liaising with financial institutions, banks, consultants, rating agencies among others

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant/MBA in finance with 2-3 years of Work experience (Big Four preferred)

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills

3. Demonstrate strong analytical, verbal & written communication skills

4. Ability to prioritize tasks & work on multiple assignments

5. Ability to work both independently & as part of a team with professionals at all levels

6. Willingness to expand skillset, thus take on new opportunities

7. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

9. Strong ethics and reliability

10. Ability to travel for project negotiations and execution, when needed
