- Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over 12000 Crores of assets under management, and deep focus on alpha generation. We are passionate about finding alternative investment opportunities that can deliver superior risk-return characteristics. We operate across various alternative spaces like Equities, Commodities, Absolute Returns, Structured Credit, Fixed Income, Quant, and Infrastructure. Our products span across various investment structures such as NBFC (ND-SI), AIF (Cat II & III), PMS, RIA and Gift City.

- Our team consists of 170+ people who are vastly experienced across domestic and global hedge funds and financial institutions and have strong academic credentials at top universities. We are strongly performance driven and look for people who share a similar DNA.

Role Description:

- Alpha Alternatives is creating a pool of Associates who will have the ability to execute on the organization's growth target of 5x in 3 years/10x in 5 years. Selected candidates will initially drive key strategic and operational projects along with the Senior Leadership for the next 12-24 months. Post this period, standout performers will have the opportunity to build their own Business/Investment Management vertical/s along with a Senior Partner.

- Historically we have grown its leaders internally. The first generation of leaders started as freshers and in the last 10 years have established themselves as industry leaders in their respective spheres. While they were growing, we have added a line of senior quality leaders who have been building many different investment management solutions alongside.

- We aim to develop our next generation of leaders from the pool of associates and expect them to play a significant role in the organization's growth over the next 5-10 years.

- We are seeking candidates with experience from top tier consulting firms, equity research, investment banking or investment management holding an MBA from IIM A/B/C/L/I/K/International MBA (top 50) and/or CA (Rank Holders only).

Compensation: Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates. Performing individuals will get aggressive bonuses and have the opportunity for wealth creation.

Location: Dadar, Mumbai.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to visit Alpha Alternatives' offices at 34th floor, Sunshine Tower, Dadar (W) in Mumbai for further conversations.
