Job Description - Corporate Counsel (India)

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Counsel to join our India team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Indian labor law compliance, employment contracts, workplace policies, employee handbooks, internal disciplinary procedures, labor disputes, mediation, and structuring compensation and benefits in alignment with statutory norms.

- Provide legal counsel on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) matters, ensuring full compliance and awareness across the organization.

- Conduct and manage integrity-related and HR investigations, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support legal and HR-related initiatives.

- Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and proactively update internal policies.

Requirements:

- Law graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.

- Role is based out of Bangalore.
