Job Title : AGM - Direct & Digital

Job Location : Gurgaon

Department : Market Management

Job details/role purpose :

- We are Seeking a digital marketing expert, who is looking for an opportunity to work in a fast moving and challenging environment, with real opportunities to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities :

1. Digital Acquisition and marketing:

- Experienced at creating marketing strategies and execution plans in order to efficiently drive growth through digital channel

- Creating budgets and forecasts of the digital marketing plan.

- Solid understanding and execution skills for planning, implementation, optimisation and analysis of various digital marketing marketing activities (Google analytics, AdWords PPC, Display and Remarketing campaigns, Facebook Advertising, etc).

- Good conceptual understanding and execution skills to direct implementation and analysis of SEO, SEM, content and social marketing, e-mail marketing etc.

- Prepare revenue and cost analysis; estimate value of online media for all considerations.

- Engage with marketing agencies to manage, negotiate, co-ordinate and drive them to deliver the required marketing results

2. Website Management :

- Owns the ecommerce websites, with a view to constantly enhancing the content and user experience.

- Capabilities in HTML / CSS, with the experience of using Content Management Systems (CMS).

- A good understanding of User Experience (UX) considerations for ecommerce

- Able to identify the key drivers of performance, and implement the insights gained

- Ability to coordinate new website and product projects.

3. Digital Partnerships, telesales and Channel Development:

- Good understanding of telesales and the variables that drive the telesales performance will be a huge bonus

- Perform analysis on regular basis to understand the gaps and plug them to ensure higher conversion

- Look for areas of opportunity for further innovation on products or processes to scale business

- Ability to drive the acquisition of key partnerships to drive overall B2C sales

4. Planning and Management :

- Planning of various initiatives to drive sales and its successful execution

- Constantly motivate and drive the team to achieve the desired results

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to B2C such as coordination with various stakeholders such as IT, OM and Product teams to ensure quick and efficient results

- Planning regular updates wrt B2C strategy and achievements to top management

Profile sought and key requirements :

- At least 7-10 years of working experience in digital marketing and overall experience of 9-15 years.

- Self-starter, self-driven, with an entrepreneurship attitude.

- Process-oriented, customer-oriented, and growth mind-sets.

- Data-driven analytical and decision making skills.

- Tech-savvy, following best-in-class and up-to-date digital marketing trends.

- Able to manage and prioritise to drive multiple activities simultaneously.

- Excellent project management and communication skills, with attention to detail.

- A desire to learn, alongside regional and global office level support.

- Good English language proficiency to work with local, regional and global office teams.
