Job Description :

- The role involves building partnerships and strategic alliances with multitude of service providers/partners across sectors like healthcare, home improvement, education etc. for use of Capital Float's consumer lending products and services. This is a go-getter role which involves high ownership of responsibilities, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Strategic Alliances :

- Responsible for building strategic alliances with leading service providers in consumer lending verticals like healthcare, home improvement etc.

- Build and execute strategic partnership plan by identifying right partners, generating pipeline of prospects and closing deals

- Be the go-to person for managing end-to-end client relationships, account management and trouble shooting

- Identify and track opportunities to maximize revenues, minimize churn and provide high customer retention.

- Identify needs of the stakeholders and work with technology, credit and management team to build future pipeline of products and features.

- Prepare growth strategy, hire and build teams and help company achieve its growth targets and objectives.

Initiatives :

- Be willing to travel extensively to acquire, close and manage relationship with partners.

- Lead launch/expansion strategy for verticals/cities and help build the business from ground-up.

Skills :

- B2B partnerships, account management, Sales channel growth, product/enterprise selling experience.

- Problem-solving skills with strong analytical and customer-first attitude.

- Market landscaping, trend analysis, brand positioning, consultative selling and strong presentation skills.

- Exposure to technology with preferable experience in B2B/B2C technology product companies
