Location - Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore / Chennai
A new age investment platform that aims to democratize access to fixed income instruments. It is a fintech platform that will enable retail, affluent, HNIs and small corporate treasuries access bonds that were so far available only to institutional investors.
Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with the distributor partnerships team to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors.
- Contribute insights and support the team in aligning company's products and services with distributor business needs.
- Act as a key team member for all distributor-related communications.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and evaluate potential distributor partners to expand company's reach in the retail investment market.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting and onboarding new distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities collectively to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the team to lead contract negotiations with distributors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations collectively.
- Collaborate with the team to provide training and support to distributors on company's products and services.
- Ensure that distributors are well-equipped collectively to promote and sell company's offerings effectively.
- Work collaboratively to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of distributor partnerships.
- Collaborate on regular monitoring and reporting on the performance of distributors, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in distributor relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of retail investment products and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends collectively to inform strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to financial products and services.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
