Alliance Manager
Location: Pan India
Notice Period: immediate to 30 days
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Jade's channel alliance partners (AWS / Microsoft / Infrastructure alliances) and support executing joint GTM plans. Channel management and responsible for day-to-day partner interactions.
- Engage with partner's field sales organizations, channels to create and drive revenue opportunities for Jade Global and partners.
- Execution of strategic business development plan for target markets. This includes the creation of detailed account plans to track partner progress and achievement to goals.
- Highlight Jade's capabilities and case studies to the channel team members and share relevant information on Jade's solutions (e.g., marketing updates, customer success, etc.).
- Understand the Jade's sales teams requirements and work closely with the concerned partner teams to ensure the requirements are met.
- Have working experience with CRM systems and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
- Work on presentations for QBR's to the senior management team.
- Create and execute operational rigor including territory management, account management, segment plans, and business reviews (internal/external).
- Accountability to see both our client and our delivery teams succeed.

Requirements:
- Experience in Alliances, Sales, Business Development roles of which at least 5 years' experience in role of Alliance, Channels & sales working with AWS / Microsoft / Infrastructure alliances.
- Alliance/Business Development experience calling on Technology companies directly
- Prior experience in working with Partner channels like SAP., experience is MUST
