Alliance Manager - Data Center Partnership & Relationship Management

One of the data center companies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Alliance Manager with 6+ years of experience into Data Center Partnership & Relationship Management. The Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors, service providers, and enterprise clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the data center industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances with technology vendors, service providers, and enterprise clients.

- Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance the company's offerings and market position.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

- Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.

- Coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and partner feedback.

- Track and report on the performance of partnerships, including key metrics and ROI.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the data center industry or a related field.

- Proven track record in managing strategic alliances and partnerships

- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, services, and market dynamics.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- MBA from a good B School
