One of India's Premier Bank is inviting applications for the role : Alliance Manager : Credit Card Division
Job Objective :
- Identify potential and on-boarding Co Brand Partnerships and Alliance Partners
- Ensure regular stream of business from Co- Brand Partners
- Identify potential co brand & Alliance Partners.
- Work out product construct, system requirements, associated costs, distribution strategy
- Drive seamless customer experience through a desired digital model
- Work with all stake holders for timely delivery of actionable
- Capture and maximize the business opportunity through engagement and support to the partner as per process
- To explore cross sell avenues for enhanced revenue generation/fee income
- Conceptualizing & implementing the competent strategies to expand existing relationships
- To follow the risk & compliance policies and processes prescribed within the bank for operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks
- Ensuring the processes are explained to all associated teams & monitor that the same is carried out in regular functioning
The incumbent must possess Credit Card Product Experience - a detailed understanding of P & L, product construct, costs, Regulatory framework, compliance guidelines etc.;
- Exposure and working experience of Vision +; Sales Experience to have the right perspective and deal with prospective partners
- The role needs to identify partners and approach them for a tie up. These would be significantly large corporate and Fintech's;
- Good Negotiation skills;
- Exposure to Digital Product Set up;
- Presentation skills;
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office - PPT & Excel as the role would need to work through these tools;
- Relevant experience of having on boarded and nurtured large relationships;
- Relationship management skills as the role would require to work with diverse teams for successful delivery.
