1. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Accounts and finance related activities of the company.
2. Responsible for raising the funds required by the group through private and financial institutions.
3. Day to day Treasury Management.
4. Handling Finalisation of the accounts of the group.
5. Well versed in Direct & Indirect Taxations and represent in all tax Assessments.
6. Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
7. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning of the group.
8. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
9. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
10. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
11. Ensure that effective internal controls and statutory compliance.
