Primary KRA :
- Drive 4 or 5 Key OEM relationships for the Organisation
- Own the revenue numbers from these relationships (estimated at over USD 50 mn per annum)
- Map the OEM organisation and ensure regular engagement with OEM field Teams to drive business through the Company.
- Special Focus on OEM Areas where company is not engaged for revenue growth
- Drive services revenue with the Key OEMs
- Manage and Track rebate plans with Key OEMs
- Maximise Margin contribution from OEMs
Secondary KRA (Ownership will be with the candidate but he will have a headcount to deliver) :
OEM Review - Rebate Programs - OEM Meeting - OEM led business :
1. All rebate program needs to be tracked and weekly reports needs to be floated to management
2. Follow up on periodic review with RMs - Host the REVIEW and cascade the MOM with follow up on actionable.
3. Regular OEM meets, traction on OEM led business quarterly, Align with OEM led initiatives and executing
Teaming Agreement :
1. All Agreement to be tracked and necessary checks to be done on regular basis
2. Arrange for renewal of contracts agreement
