Roles and Responsibilities:

- Capable of establishing effective and apt communication with students.

- Excellent level of competence and experience of using Microsoft Office (word, Google Sheets, Excel, P.Pt., Outlook).

- Provide academic and career counseling to students based on their goals, interests, and performance.

- Help students select appropriate courses, programs, and career paths.

- Assist with resolving academic challenges and providing solutions to improve performance.

- Lead, mentor, and train junior academic counselors, ensuring adherence to counseling protocols.

- Set best practices for student engagement and academic counseling.

- Work closely with faculty, Acad heads, and other departments to identify and address students' academic concerns.

- Support academic leadership team members with matters such as updates, imports, batch changes, queries, and academic concerns.

- Maintain detailed records of student progress, academic plans, and counseling sessions.

- Analyze student data to identify trends, challenges, and areas of improvement.

- Assist in developing and implementing new student support initiatives and counseling programs.

- Organize orientation programs, information sessions, PTMs, and academic workshops.

Skill Sets & Qualifications:

- Must have excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in academic counseling or a related field (Counseling in JEE/NEET/PNCF preferred).

- Passionate about guiding young minds.

- Familiarity with career counseling tools and techniques.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling student-related issues.

- Passionate about exploring new opportunities for school students.

- Must have the spirit to meet deadlines.

- Excellent report writing skills and ability to write clear and concise formal reports and documents.

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-time role and Permanent
