Location: Kota (Rajasthan)

Job Summary: The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. The Product Manager will also be responsible for understanding user needs, developing roadmaps, and ensuring smooth product operations while driving continuous process and product improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with engineering, academic, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products with quality and within set timelines.

- Analyze end users' (internal/external) requirements and develop appropriate roadmaps to ensure they're successfully delivered.

- Execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, planning, roadmap development, requirements development, documentation, product launch, and its acceptance.

- Conduct and organize product demos and training for the internal users.

- Analyze data and create weekly reports for the IT head and senior management.

- Evaluate and deal with technical risks along with prioritizing bug fixing and deployment.

- Resolving issues within set timelines raised by end users and the support team.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Managing all aspects of product operations, including comprehensive results generation, seamless exam execution, student profiling, backlog management, test case administration, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Engineering in CS/IT + MBA would be preferred)

- Min 3 years experience in a dynamic product management role

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- Attention to detail and ability to spot process inefficiencies

- Highly effective cross-functional team management

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

- Prior Experience in Ed tech will be an added advantage
