Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets within the Rajkot territory.

- Identify and qualify new leads, proactively building strong customer relationships.

- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.

- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of AllcargoGATI solutions.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.

- Mentor and train the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

- Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

- Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet with clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.

- Experience in providing training and development opportunities to team members is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
