Hiring for the lead role in Packaging based at Mumbai

Experience : 13 -15 years

Education : IIP, MBA, Bsc ( Chemistry )

Job Responsibilities :

- Knowledge on manufacturing process of Carton, Blown Films, Tins, Jar, Pet etc.

- Expertise on Machinery related to Carton, Polymer, Tins, Jar, Pet manufacture

- Analyze and determine all standards for packaging manufacture lines and ensure compliance to for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.

- Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging manufacturing department and monitor inventory for warehouse and maintain records of all physical transactions and prepare documents for same.

- Coordinate with production and quality assurance department to ensure adherence to all manufacturing schedules.

- Maintain and ensure compliance to packaging schedule and assign specific tasks to all employees and monitor all packing equipment and supplies.

- Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor activities of units and ensure efficient working of manufacturing Department and ensure continuous improvement in same.

- Coordinate with plant manager for day to day Production and evaluate all projects

- Recommend ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes

- Provide necessary training and counseling to employees as per requirement.

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all external vendors and contractors

- Improve efficiency process through incorporation of new technology.

- Discus with Plant manager how to Improve productivity with quality.

- Develop team environment in department and resolve all issues in coordination with Plant Manager

- Review production daily/monthly plant wise with respective plant manager

- Optimize capacity to drive external sales - drive third party business

Candidates from Manufacture Industry preferred from corrugated, polymer industry, FMCG industry will be preferred
