Compensation: 25 LPA + (not a bar for ideal candidate)
Experience Required: 5+ years in the field of HR and substantial experience in leading employee engagement programs

What will you be doing?
1. You will be part of the Global team on employee experience and leading its implementation. (You will be supporting the global operations and part of the corporate HR Team)
2. Primary responsibility will be to drive the employee engagement program and create a culture of engagement
3. Analysis of engagement results & other experience survey results to identify to key trends, insights and way forward
4. This role DOES NOT FOCUS ON RUNNING ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES like fun activities, competitions etc. The role is about creating engagement through dialog and having a systemic view of impacting engagement
5. Collaborate with BU Head and HR head of various companies to define their engagement strategy and their annual action plans
6. Coach & support low engaging managers and provide additional training & workshops
7. Create other programs impacting the overall employee experience
