Sales Closing Manager
About the job :
1. Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements.
2. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager.
3. Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation; regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions.
4. Coordinating with sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in excel.
5. Responsible for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits.
6. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the Leads Generated through various marketing activities and providing them necessary project details over email or WhatsApp; doing regular follow-up and ensuring customers' site visits.
7. Preparing sales plan with the team to execute sales and marketing strategies.
8. Expanding customer database manifold and maintaining a potential customer data bank.
9. Pitching unique features of the project/product to potential customers and ensuring closures.
10. Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure cent percent customer satisfaction.
