Performance Marketing - Leadership Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences and optimize campaign targeting.

- Prepare and present performance marketing reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance on strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Foster collaboration, provide feedback, and promote professional development within the team.
- Drive performance marketing campaigns within allocated budgets, optimize spending to achieve desired results, and analyze campaign performance to ensure positive return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize results.
