Aliens Group - Head - Banking - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We are looking for MBAs from Tier 1 B schools with preferably prior exposure to working on banking products relevant to sales in context of real estate or other relevant industries. The job will be positioned in Hyderabad.

About the role :

- Ensure preparation of documentation to impanel our project with bank

- Getting the project approval from banks

- New banks and housing finance companies tie-ups

- Login files and credit approvals and disbursement

- Should have experience in real estate sector side for credit management

- Develop and maintain cordial relationship with bankers for smooth transactions

- Should have excellent persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness

- Must have relevant experience in personal loans and home loans

- Total A-Z documentation required for home loans
