Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparing sales plan with the team to execute sales and marketing strategies
- Expanding customer database manifold and maintaining potential customer data
- Pitching unique features of the project/product to potential customers and ensuring closures
- Resolve all project related inquiries and ensure cent percent customer satisfaction
- Expanding outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives
Desirable qualifications :
Specifically, the candidate should have:
- Excellent academic record with 80% or more in at least one board examination or higher
- Degree and Post-graduate (if applicable) from NIRF ranked campus
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and team management skills
- Extremely comfortable in approaching prospective customers and closing deals through tactful and assertive persuasion skills
