- Ensuring talent acquisition and retention measures across verticals and grades
- Achieving cent percent human resources strength as per sanctioned numbers
- Conducting timely attrition analysis and suggesting various retention measures
- Taking ownership of entire employee life cycle- from onboarding to separation
- Ensuring completion of all HR operational processes- Joining Formalities, Confirmations, Transfers, F&F settlement etc.
- Maintaining monthly MIS reports and ensuring a proper file and database management
- Conducting various engagement drives and initiatives to ensure high employee connect
- Managing employee grievances and resolving their queries
- Providing assistance to PMS team in ensuring cent percent completion of annual appraisals
- Coordinating with L&D team in increasing training attendance and effectiveness.
